Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is expired or near expiry
- Product packaging is tampered
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Perishable goods past their return window
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Share photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
- We will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- Bank processing may take 5-7 business days
- You will receive email confirmation of refund
5. Refund Amount
- • Damaged/Defective: Full refund including shipping
- • Wrong Product: Full refund including shipping
- • Customer Change of Mind: Product cost only (shipping not refunded)
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. If you want to exchange a product, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement shipment.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order:
- Before Shipping: Full refund within 24 hours
- After Shipping: Follow return process
- Delivered Orders: Follow return policy
To cancel, go to your order history and click "Cancel Order" or contact customer support.
8. Partial Returns
If you received multiple items in one order, you can return specific items. Refund will be processed for returned items only.
9. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our organic products. If you're not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
