To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Share photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
4. We will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions
5. Pack the product securely in original packaging

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method
• Bank processing may take 5-7 business days
• You will receive email confirmation of refund

• Before Shipping: Full refund within 24 hours
• After Shipping: Follow return process

If you received multiple items in one order, you can return specific items. Refund will be processed for returned items only.
