8. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us as undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

• Do not accept the delivery if packaging is severely damaged
• Take photos of the damaged package
• Contact us immediately with order details and photos
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund
